With over two decades of experience in HR management, Mint Group’s founders Tony Fritsche and Michael Arthur are experts in international recruitment, training and talent management. Using their one-stop, total HR approach, Mint Group have overcome the diffi culties of the current skills and labour shortage, and mastered numerous challenging HR assignments.
