COURSE OUTLINE

Who Should Enrol Into This Qualification?

Mint Training delivers the Certificate IV in Frontline Management to employees who work as leaders or supervisors across all types of industries. Employees will learn the skills to:

  • Supervise team members
  • Prepare staff development plans
  • Manage workplace projects
  • Develop operational plans
  • Plan and present inductions for new staff

Employees will learn the skills of leadership and how to communicate to their colleagues.

This course is aimed at all staff in frontline supervisory positions.

Delivery Methods

  • Distance – preferably online otherwise with workbooks
  • Students to complete reading and required work either via the online portal or with their workbook
  • Students complete project work and withdrawal log
  • Trainer will have monthly contact with the student and the workplace supervisor
  • Trainer will assess on site, provide tasks and time frames to be completed, provide support and assistance, and follow up on progress between visits
  • Classroom – as above however the reading / workbook will be completed in class

Qualification Rules

To achieve a Certificate IV in Frontline Management 10 units must be completed:

  • 4 core units
  • 6 elective units
