Who Should Enrol Into This Qualification?

The Diploma of Business is designed to deliver a broad understanding of contemporary business practice. Businesses operate in a dynamic, fast paced world where change is a constant. The ability to adapt, remain alert to competition and how to best deliver value to clients are the keys to success.

The course focuses on developing skills of organisational growth and development. It covers:

• Managing performance
• Professional development
• Preparing budgets
• Providing leadership across the organisation

The training is aimed at business development managers, anyone in an organisation with financial targets and responsibility for budgets.

Delivery Methods

• Distance – preferably online otherwise with workbooks
• Students to complete reading and required work either via the online portal or with their workbook
• Students complete project work and withdrawal log
• Trainer will have monthly contact with the student and the workplace supervisor
• Trainer can assess on site, provide tasks and time frames to be completed, provide support and assistance, and follow up on progress between visits
• Classroom – as above however the reading / workbook will be completed in class

To achieve a Diploma in Business 8 units must be completed.
